Ingredients
  • 650 g Boneless & skinless chicken breast (About x4, cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 30 g Plain flour
  • 3 Garlic cloves (Peeled and crushed)
  • 100 g Sun dried tomatoes (Drained and very finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 300 ml Boiling water
  • 1 Chicken stock cube (Crumbled)
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 50 g Parmesan (Grated)
  • 15 g Fresh basil leaves
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Toss chicken in the plain flour with plenty of salt and pepper until well coated.
  2. Put into the slow cooker with the garlic, tomatoes, oregano, paprika, crumbled stock cube and water.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Mix in the remaining ingredients just before serving.
