- 650 g Boneless & skinless chicken breast (About x4, cut into bite sized pieces)
- 30 g Plain flour
- 3 Garlic cloves (Peeled and crushed)
- 100 g Sun dried tomatoes (Drained and very finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 300 ml Boiling water
- 1 Chicken stock cube (Crumbled)
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 50 g Parmesan (Grated)
- 15 g Fresh basil leaves
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Toss chicken in the plain flour with plenty of salt and pepper until well coated.
- Put into the slow cooker with the garlic, tomatoes, oregano, paprika, crumbled stock cube and water.
- Cook on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients just before serving.
